Tenney Diamond Productions respects the privacy of everyone who contacts us.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, organisation (if given), the nature of your enquiry and your message. To protect the form from abuse we also record an anonymised, one-way fingerprint of your network address and your browser type. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
Your enquiry is used solely to respond to you and to consider the matter you raise. It is forwarded by email to the principals of Tenney Diamond Productions and stored securely so that we can keep a record of professional correspondence.
Who can see it
Enquiries are visible only to authorised members of Tenney Diamond Productions. We do not sell, rent or publish your information, and we share it with third parties only where necessary to deliver email or host this website, or where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were sent, after which they are deleted.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us. Please use the contact form and select “General Enquiry”.
